A slower practice combining dance, strength, presence and breath

Embody Dance Flow is a slower, more grounded class that feels like yoga in motion. It blends the mindfulness of yoga with the freedom of dance. Movements rise and fall like waves—fluid, mindful, and deeply nourishing.Optional light weights are woven in to build strength and resilience. Easy, accessible choreography helps  keep us agile and stimulates our bodies and minds, always with the invitation to “do it your way.” There is breathwork to enliven and connect us all and deep relaxation to integrate. Embody Flow strengthens as it soothes, offering both meditation and movement in one.
This is a space for beginners who long for ease and accessibility, as well as seasoned dancers who crave depth, replenishment, and connection

Stretching, balancing, grounding, reaching, and softening are explored with music and rhythm, becoming dance rather than exercise.

Light weights are woven into the practice to build resilience, bone health, and functional strength while keeping the pace nourishing and easeful.

Accessible Choreography
Simple sequences offer a gentle framework, while freedom and personalization are always encouraged.

Elemental Connection
Movements honor the wisdom of nature—grounding like earth, softening like water, expanding like air, and kindling inner fire.
