Schedule :
- 6am - 9am : Sacred Ceremony with Uqualla at Cathedral Rock (guests will meet at Sedonya Conscious Living Center before 6am and will be taken to Cathedral Rock - courtesy of Red Rock Magic Trolley, Rainbow Adventures). More info.
- 9:30am - 12:30pm : Nature Awareness with Richard Cleveland at Sedona Creative Life Center (guests will be picked up from Cathedral at 9am - courtesy of Red Rock Magic Trolley, Rainbow Adventures) More info.
- 1pm - 2pm : Lunch (enjoy a plant based, vegan, gluten free nutritious soul-full lunch)
- 2pm - 4:15pm : Grounding Pottery with Reyne Trevi (guests will have the choice between making your own bowl & picking it up the next day - or getting it shipped - OR paying it forward by painting a premade bowl & making a new one for our next guests) More info.
- 4:30pm - 6pm : Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing with Terry Bergstedt & Debra Fleeger. More info.
- 6pm - 6:20pm : Kava Kava Ceremony
- 6:30pm - 7:30pm : Breath is Prayer Ceremony with Gwen Payne
Join us in celebrating Mother Earth in a Breath is Prayer Ceremony! We all breathe, and we all breathe the same air, yet rarely do we stop to acknowledge how this breath not only connects us to ourselves, but also to this planet as well as to each other beyond our differences. More info.
