These intense times we are living in are calling us to go within and dig deep in the fertile soil of our innate wisdom so that we may be inspired to create better health for ourselves, for humanity and the Earth. 

May we unite as a community through conscious, connected breath, receive grounding from Mother Earth and align ourselves through the prayer field of the breath to promote peace, health and wellbeing within ourselves and allow that to ripple out worldwide. 

Together, we can create a better life for ourselves and our earth!
