An Evening with Lama Tashi Norbu
Tibetan Chanting, Dharma Talk & Sacred Tattoo Ceremony
Wednesday, October 7 · 7:30–8:45 PM
Sedonya Conscious Living Center
Join Lama Tashi Norbu, an ordained Tibetan Buddhist monk and internationally recognized Tibetan artist, for an evening of Tibetan chanting, Buddhist wisdom, and conversation.
Through a Dharma talk and time for questions and answers, Lama Tashi will share teachings that invite reflection and offer ways to bring Buddhist wisdom into everyday life. Come with your curiosity, your questions, or simply a willingness to listen.
During the gathering, guests will witness a sacred tattoo ceremony lasting approximately 15–20 minutes, accompanied by chanting of the mantra associated with the particular Buddha. This intimate expression of Tibetan sacred art brings together intention, devotion, and sound.
Original Tibetan Sacred Paintings
A limited selection of Lama Tashi’s original sacred paintings will also be available to view and purchase. Drawing on generations of Tibetan Buddhist artistic heritage, these works bring sacred figures, symbolism, and contemplative practice into visual form—offering a meaningful presence for a home, meditation space, or personal practice.
All are welcome, whether you are familiar with Buddhist practice or encountering these traditions for the first time.
Individual Sacred Tattoo Appointments
Wednesday, October 7–Friday, October 9 · Starting at 11 AM
Lama Tashi will offer a limited number of individual Tibetan Sacred Tattoo sessions. Each tattoo is individually designed using traditional Tibetan symbolism, informed by the recipient’s intention and Tibetan astrological birth chart.
As part of the experience, Lama Tashi introduces a personal Buddhist mantra and guides the recipient in understanding and practicing it. The tattoo serves as a lasting reminder of their aspiration and connection to the Dharma.
