Trauma (big or small) is experience, or experiences, we hold in our bodies, affecting the nervous system. Movement —
here specifically yoga— helps move that stuck trauma.
This will be a gentle yoga class, grounded in choice, with a weekly rhythm of engage, integrate, rest. This trauma-
informed class offers space to reclaim and befriend your body, specifically aimed to support healing from post-traumatic
stress (PTSD), and the challenges that come along with it, such as anxiety, depression, being “stuck.”
We will use movement, breath-work, meditation, and journaling to move stuck trauma.

Short Bio:
Dawn graduated from 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training early in 2020. She also completed 100 additional hours of Yoga
Teacher Training at Sedona Hot Yoga, as well as completing full Trauma Conscious Yoga certification in 2021. Dawn’s
goal is to teach yoga, journaling, meditation, and breath work, all with inspiring music, quotes, humor, and compassion.
