Leandra Rose is the founder of True Self Temple, creator of Somatic Alchemy, and a master breathwork facilitator with over a decade of experience guiding transformational journeys. With a BA in Behavioral Science and 20 years in the Human Potential Movement, she brings a unique blend of expertise in human development, somatics, and nervous system mastery to her work with visionaries, cycle-breakers, and leaders.
