Two hours and a half of Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath, Kava Kava Ceremony & Workshop.
Debra and Terry Dawn, have personally experienced the many benefits of sound vibration and are grateful to be able to share these frequencies that create harmonic resonance within the body.
Together they intuitively deliver specific frequencies using the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong and other instruments, allowing you to journey within to achieve peace and balance at the cellular level.
For Earth Day, Terry Dawn & Debra will join forces with Sonya Belisle - founder of Sedonya Conscious Living Center. Terry will begin with a Yoga Nidra session, which requires no movement, only quiet stillness.
This will be followed by Sonya, Debra & Terry Dawn delivering a sound bath.
