Ecstatic Release - Full Moon Breathwork & Reiki

Experience a full-body blend of two ancient energy healing practices, Breathwork and Reiki, during this class focused on releasing under the Full Pink Moon. Mackensey will lead the class in a tender Breathwork journey followed by a guided Holy Fire Reiki meditation with hands-on Reiki touch if desired.

Through introducing an influx of life force energy, this class is designed to find pleasure in releasing all that no longer serves and fully embody what is next for you on your path.

Sound, essential oils, energy healing and sacred circle work are all tools incorporated into this unique healing experience.

Mackensey is a Breathwork Facilitator (David Elliott method) and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master. Leading groups in Reiki & Breathwork Journeys is a personal favorite experience that she has been facilitating for years. No experience with either modality is necessary. If you feel a pull we hope you answer the call!

**Dress comfortably and feel free to bring an extra blanket and something to cover your eyes. We provide props and blankets, however we suggest bringing anything that will make you comfortable as you will be laying down for the Breathwork + Reiki journey.
